The platform commission covers payment processing, customer support, marketing, and platform maintenance. We only charge when you get bookings - no bookings means no commission fees.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my venue limit?
On the Basic plan with 1 venue, you'll need to upgrade to Pro to add more. Pro plan allows up to 5 venues. For unlimited listings, choose the Enterprise plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, we'll provide a full refund.
